James started flying, and working as an aircraft engineer in 2009. He and his family have a rich background of operating and maintaining aircraft . James has had a presence at ACS since the company was incorporated by his father John in 2002. When John needed to prepare the company for his succession, the pair worked together to prepare James to carry ACS into the future with fresh ideas, and a plan for the next evolution of the company.
Richard is Purchasing Manager at Aircraft Component Services, handling sourcing of aircraft components and specialist services for MRO. He joined in 2026 with aviation manufacturing experience and 13+ years in procurement, logistics, and customer support, working closely with suppliers and teams to ensure efficient procurement and reliable turnaround times.
Mark is one of ACS’ most trusted assets. With a career in private jet maintenance, Mark made the transition to the world of component maintenance in 2019. Using his industry expertise, Mark has worked hard to help ACS grow to where it is today and oversees our maintenance activities.
India has only been with ACS for 3 years, but has unequivocally brought a huge amount of development to our company. With her endless enthusiasm for her work, we wouldn’t be where we are today without her.
Nikki is the newest member of our team. She brings endless energy and enthusiasm to the office every day. With a career as air crew, Nikki decided it was time to pursue new avenues in the industry she is passionate about, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on our journey with us, helping to grow our company through her dedication to her work and our company.
With a history in Management Accounting in London, Emily has naturally become a big asset to us at ACS in the short time she has been with us. Supporting not only our Accounts Team, but also Sales and Business Development. Her broad capabilities are in demand at every level of our business.
